FREE Standard Shipping within Australia, is available for all print and frame purchases. A flat rate delivery cost may apply to other items, which will be specified on the individual product page.
EXPRESS and INTERNATIONAL Shipping options are also available. Charges for these will be calculated at checkout.
All our framed and canvas products and A3 prints (and sizes above) are sent using either Australia Post eParcel or by courier. Signature is required on delivery, unless otherwise requested. If items are not received within 2 weeks, please contact us and we will be able to track the item for you. Smaller items such as fridge magnets, stationery, tea towels, prints measuring less than A3 willl be sent using Australia Post letter service. Tracking is not available on this letter service.
As all orders are made to order, please choose carefully as they cannot be exchanged for incorrect choice.
If you are unsure, we are happy to send additional photos or even make mockups and email them to you.
We have had occasion where we have been given the wrong details, spelling or birth date – as it is important to us that you fall in love with your frame, please ensure that you send all the correct details. In the event that you supply the incorrect details you can provide us with an amendment, however, you will be liable for the return postage of the original item, plus the delivery of the corrected item.
If your artwork arrives damaged in the post please take photos of the damage, plus the original packaging and notify us as soon as possible. We may need the photos to assist with a compensation claim to Australia Post. We will speed a replacement out to you by courier, and contact you regarding the return of the damaged product.
If you change your mind, or no longer want the stock you have received, we will offer an exchange or may offer a refund in limited circumstances. We note however the cost to return the item is at your own cost, and it must be returned in its original unused condition.
