What are your prints printed on?

All our prints are professionally printed using commercial printers.  8" x 10" and A3 prints are generally printed on 250gsm silk coated card stock. A2 and A1 prints are printed on 180gsm specialty poster stock. 

How will my prints arrive?

A3, A2 and A1 prints (when purchased unframed) are generally shipped in protective mailing tubes, using Australia Post’s eParcel service. Signature is required on delivery, unless otherwise requested.

8" x 10" and A5 prints are flat-packed in protective mailers. 

All frames are wrapped and packed with protective mdf boards in custom made boxes.

What is your despatch time?

Despatch times for unframed prints are generally as follows:

  • A3 prints will be despatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed
  • 8" x 10" prints will be despatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed 
  • A2 prints are printed to order and will be despatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed
  • A1 prints are printed to order and will be despatched within 3-5 business days of your order being placed

Prints and paper artworks are custom made and framed to order. Please therefore allow for despatch times as follows:

  • A3 framed prints – please allow up to 5 working days
  • A2 framed prints – please allow up to 12 working days
  • A1 framed prints -  please allow up to 12 working days
  • Paper artwork frames - please allow up to 10 workings days
How long will it take for my prints to arrive?

Delivery times will vary (depending on your location) once your order has been despatched.  Smaller prints and items are generally sent using Australia Post's letter service. Larger prints (A3 and above) and frames are sent using Australia Post eParcel.  Signature is required on delivery, unless otherwise requested.

How much is delivery?

We offer free standard delivery within Australia on all orders.

Shipping charges will be calculated for Express or International orders at checkout. We will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

All our framed and canvas products and A3 prints (and sizes above) are sent using either Australia Post eParcel or by courier. Therefore you will be required to sign for the delivery. If items are not received within 2 weeks, please contact us and we will be able to track the item for you.  Smaller items such as fridge magnets, stationery, tea towels, prints measuring less than A3 will be sent using Australia Post letter service. Tracking is not available on this letter service. 

Returns Policy 

As all orders are made to order, please choose carefully as they cannot be exchanged for incorrect choice.

If you are unsure, we are happy to send additional photos or even make mockups and email them to you.

We have had occasion where we have been given the wrong details, spelling or birth date – as it is important to us that you fall in love with your frame, please ensure that you send all the correct details. In the event that you supply the incorrect details you can provide us with an amendment, however, you will be liable for the return postage of the original item, plus the delivery of the corrected item.

If your artwork arrives damaged in the post please take photos of the damage, plus the original packaging and notify us as soon as possible. We may need the photos to assist with a compensation claim to Australia Post.  We will speed a replacement out to you by courier, and contact you regarding the return of the damaged product.

If you change your mind, or no longer want the stock you have received, we will offer an exchange or may offer a refund in limited circumstances. We note however the cost to return the item is at your own cost, and it must be returned in its original unused condition. 

I need my print urgently, is Express Post available?

An express post option is available at checkout for an additional cost. We will prioritise despatch of express post orders. However, if your order is super urgent and required within a few days, please call or email us to confirm that we have the correct prints / frame sizes in stock for you.

Where are your prints made?

Our prints are proudly designed and printed in Australia.

Where are your frames made?

Our frames are specially handcrafted for us, by our Melbourne-based framer.

How are your frames different from the ones I can buy at the shops?

Some cheaper frames purchased from discount stores, whilst a great alternative, may be made from MDF (wood composite).  MDF frames can wear and loosen with age and exposure to moisture. Conversely, our frames are made from solid timber, which does not warp with age and therefore provide more lasting value over the longer term.

Can you customise a print or paper artwork for me?

Yes! We design all our prints in-house and work very closely with our commercial printer, so have the flexibility to customise our prints for you. We also create all our paper artworks in-house and are more than happy to customise a design for you.

Can you custom design a print or paper artwork for me?

Yes! We love working on new designs and some of our best work is inspired by you!

Is your website secure?

All our transactions (including credit and debit card payments) are processed via PayPal or Afterpay.  We do not retain any customer credit or debit card information.
